The City of Riverside has compiled information related to COVID-19.
On March 18, 2020, the Mayor of Riverside signed an Emergency Proclamation related to COVID-19 and its spread. Key notes include:
- City Hall will be closed to the public. City staff will continue to operate out of the facility and the doors will be locked. Citizens are encouraged to conduct their business by telephone or email. Utility payments can be made through the drop box or online.
- City facilities will be unavailable for outside group meetings. The City will evaluate the use of teleconferences or other allowable technologies for upcoming meetings. If these options are found to be viable, notification will be provided to the public as required by law. Citizens and visitors are also expected to abide by the Governor's directive to limit gatherings in public gatherings to 10 people or less.
